Dodson Industrial Group
BUILT ON PEOPLE. DRIVEN BY PURPOSE.
Heavy commercial and industrial construction — delivered with accountability, safety, and field-proven expertise.
Our Story
WHO WE ARE
People. Purpose. Progress.
Dodson Industrial Group was founded on a straightforward belief: the right people, doing the right work, the right way. From our roots in the Gulf South, we've grown into a trusted partner for owners, general contractors, and industrial operators who need a construction team that shows up prepared and delivers.
We specialize in heavy commercial and industrial construction — the kind of work that demands experience, precision, and a crew that can solve problems in the field, not just in the conference room. Our teams bring deep craft knowledge to every project, from greenfield industrial facilities to complex brownfield retrofits.
DIG is built for the toughest jobs. That's not a tagline — it's the standard we hold ourselves to every day.
WHAT WE STAND FOR
Safety First
Zero-incident culture backed by industry-leading EMR ratings, OSHA compliance, and ISNetworld qualification. Safety isn't a checkbox — it's how we work.
People-Driven
Our crews are our competitive advantage. We invest in experienced tradespeople, clear communication, and a culture where every person on the job matters.
Quality Execution
We build to spec, on schedule, and without shortcuts. Our clients trust us with their most critical work because we've earned that trust through consistent delivery.
Accountability
We own our work from first site visit to final commissioning. When challenges arise, we communicate clearly and solve them — that's the DIG standard.
Our Reach
GULF SOUTH ROOTS. NATIONAL CAPABILITY.
Headquartered in Louisiana, DIG has built a reputation across the Gulf South — Louisiana, Texas, Mississippi, Alabama, and beyond. Our teams are mobilized and experienced in multi-state operations, bringing the same standard of execution wherever the work takes us.
